This is a personal, noncommercial hobby site — a celebration-only directory of real restaurants we do not own, operate, or speak for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any restaurant, family, county, or sombrero listed. All trademarks belong to their owners. Listings reflect the public record as of the date shown; hours, menus, and existence itself change without notice — call before driving far, and nothing here is a guarantee that any business is open or that any dip is warm. Opinions, when they appear, are exactly that. The "sponsors" are jokes: unpaid, unsolicited, and mostly unaware of us. Privacy in one paragraph: no accounts, no ads, no tracking beyond Cloudflare’s aggregate page counts.
